01.12.20 Arugula

Here is my baby arugula patch. I didn’t do a single thing, it just reseeded itself from last year. Please see “I Have an Arugula Forest” for more information about that. Today, I made a mostly arugula salad with some radish, radicchio, carrot, olives, walnuts, hemp seeds, salt, cumin, olive oil and balsamic vinegar.
