It was time to do something else with the last of the seeds. Sikil Pak or Mayan pumpkin seed dip struck me as the most exciting thing I could try. I loosely took inspiration from the Old Ways website. It is important to blend as thoroughly as you can, otherwise you may chew your way to oblivion, but the taste is otherworldly.
