09.03.20 Two of Ten Ways to Eat Figs: Baked Figs

Most of the recipes that I could find for baked figs involve adding sugar or honey or both. Rather than go that route, I added a small spoonful of pineapple guava to the center of each sliced fig. I threw in a garnish of rosemary for color and the delicate hint of its perfume that baked into the figs. Exquisite.
