02.16.20 Hearts of Artichoke

She gets a second run because she is that special, just look at her flowers! We focused on her hearts this evening and made an alioli sauce to meet her perfection.

For Alioli Sauce blend:

  1. 1/2 cup mayonaise

  2. 3 finely minced garlic cloves

  3. Juice of one lemon

  4. Salt and pepper to taste
