02.14.20 Osaka Mustard

I woke up craving pungent, purple greens…probably wanting to set the day right before an excess of chocolate. Also, I have been babying my purple osaka mustard, as it’s my first time growing this beautiful ball of fire, and I have been anxious to taste it. Wanting to appreciate its flavor, I did simple sauté in sesame oil and minced garlic. I added a dash of coco aminos at the end to round out its spicy mustard kick.
