01.23.20 Bok Choy

I think a cabbage worm found my wee bok choy. It was pretty small but I decided to harvest what I could before there was nothing left. I’m not too worried about eating bugs or what they leave behind. However, I am slightly fanatical about consuming organic and pesticide free produce whenever possible.

Since there was very little in the way of bok choy, I added some broccoli I had on hand for a quick sauté.

  1. Cook three cloves of minced garlic in avocado oil for about 1 minute.

  2. Add broccoli and a splash of coco aminos, a dash of water, and cover for a few minutes.

  3. Add in the bok choy and a small handful of pine nuts and cook for another 2 minutes.
